How does bennyandskye.com work?

We bring 10 fresh deals to you every Thursday.  All deals will be available until the end of the month that they were posted.  The first day of the new month, we start all over with 10 new deals. There will be no guarantees that any deals will return so if you see something you love, jump on it quick!

 

What happens after I place an order?

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email that the order went through to process.  After an order is placed it will process anywhere from 3-7 business days.  You will receive another email once your item(s) ship with tracking information.  

 

How long will my order take to receive?

Our deals are active for one week and change every Thursday.  Due to large order volume, processing time and shipping, orders are expected to be delivered within 7-14 business days.  However, during Holiday's and other peak times, it may be longer.  Some orders may be split into multiple packages and sent at different times.  Please keep track of all tracking numbers for your order.  We have a link on our website that you can track all your packages through. 

 

How do returns and exchanges work?

We do allow exchanges for same item or store credit for damaged or defective items within 5 days of delivery date.  Please email pictures of damage to bennyandskyeshop@gmail.com within 5 days of the day item(s) were delivered.  However, we do not accept returns or give refunds for sizing problems, dislike in taste, change of mind, etc. Personalized items are Final Sale.  We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause for our valued customers!  Benny and Skye holds all right to assess and approve damage in photos sent for approval of exchange or store credit.
